TERMS & CONDITIONS - BLACK FRIDAY GIFT WITH PURCHASE

General Information

Information on how to enter and claim gifts with purchase forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Submission of an order during this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Gift with purchase will not appear in cart or at checkout and will be applied after order is placed.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and the United States aged 18 years and over.
Employees, Contractors, Directors, and their immediate families of UNE PIECE and suppliers, providers, and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 7:00am AEST on Sunday, 17th November 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 6th December 2024, or while supplies last.

Gift Tiers and Qualifying Criteria

Qualifying purchases on www.unepiece.com and www.us.unepiece.com during the Promotion Period will receive the following gifts based on their total order value:
Tier 1: All orders $200+ receive Free Standard Shipping and a Kerrie Hess A5 Art Print.
Tier 2: Spend $250+ to receive a free Signature Luxe Wash Bag.
Tier 3: Spend $300+ to receive a free La Beach Express Tanning Foam.
Tier 4: Spend $400+ to receive a free Mystery UNE PIECE Swimsuit (pre-selected by UNE PIECE).

Gift Allocation

All orders $200+ receive Free Standard Shipping and a Kerrie Hess A5 Art Print (Tier 1).
Only one gift from Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 will be awarded per transaction, based on the total order value.
For example:
Orders $250–$299 will qualify for Tier 2 (Signature Luxe Wash Bag).
Orders $300–$399 will qualify for Tier 3 (La Beach Express Tanning Foam).
Orders $400+ will qualify for Tier 4 (Mystery UNE PIECE Swimsuit).
Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet thresholds, and no substitutions between tiers are allowed.

Tier 4 ‘Mystery UNE PIECE Swimsuit’

Orders eligible for Tier 4 (Mystery UNE PIECE Swimsuit) will be emailed after their order with gift confirmation and a size request. They will then be shipped a pre-selected swimsuit separate to their original order, and to the same shipping address.

Conditions of Participation

Gifts are available while supplies last and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
UNE PIECE reserves the right to substitute any gift with an item of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Delivery of Gifts

Gifts will be shipped alongside the qualifying order or separately to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery is free for all qualifying gifts within Australia and the United States.

General Conditions

Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
All purchases associated with this Promotion are final.

Privacy and Use of Information

UNE PIECE collects personal information to conduct the Promotion. By participating, entrants consent to UNE PIECE using their information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, in accordance with UNE PIECE's Privacy Policy available at www.unepiece.com.

Exclusions of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, UNE PIECE is not responsible for any issues arising from this Promotion, including but not limited to:
(a) Technical difficulties or system malfunctions.
(b) Lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect entrant details.
(c) Delays or damage in the delivery process.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - $1000 BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING SPREE INSTAGRAM PROMOTION

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Submission of an entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to entrants worldwide. Employees, Contractors, Directors and their immediate families of the Promoters and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion opens at 7:00pm AEST on Tuesday12 November 2024 and closes 9:00am AEST on Saturday 16th November 2024.

To enter, an entrant must:

(a) Follow UNE PIECE on Instagram (@une_piece);

(b) On the promotion image posted to the UNE PIECE Instagram account, tag another Instagram account; and

There are unlimited entries per individual in the promotion. For multiple entries to be deemed valid, entrants must supply a new original comment with each entry submitted.

The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Entry in the Promotion is free.

The winners will be notified within, not later than one (1) business day after the Promotion Period ends. The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified by @une_piece through Instagram Direct Message.

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Winners will be selected at random, provided entrants have also followed UNE PIECE, commented on the promotion image, and shared the promotion image to their Instagram Story. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize winners: One (1) successful entrant will be chosen as the winner.

The Prize: Two (2) UNE PIECE e-Gift Cards to the value of AUD $1,000 for use on the UNE PIECE Online Store (www.unepiece.com).

The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated email address free of charge.

If the Prize Pack (or any part thereof) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute their prize (or any part thereof) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

All entries submitted become the property of the Promoters.

As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to immediately assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoters.

Each entrant warrants to the Promoters that their entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoters against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 or other applicable legislation.

Entrants consent to the Promoters using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website, Instagram and Facebook are the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure they have an activate Facebook and Instagram account, provide correct email address and access their email address (including spam filters) to receive the prize confirmation email.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, economic loss or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; (f) the acceptance or use of the Giveaway; and (g) any act or omission of the Promoters or their associated agencies.

The Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers, to assist in conducting the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If an entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions by entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoters may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. An entrant should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - $1000 SUMMER WARDROBE PROMOTION

Submission of an entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion opens at 6:00 am AEST on Monday 14th November 2022 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 15th November 2023.

To enter, entrant must complete and submit the Promotion entry form.

Entry in the Promotion is free.

One (1) entry per person.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees to receive marketing materials from UNE PIECE and agree to the competition terms and conditions

Prize Pool: The Prize Pool includes three (3) $1000 UNE PIECE Gift Vouchers, valid on the UNE PIECE online store (https://unepiece.com) for 12 months from date of issue.

Prizes: There will be three (3) prize draws. One (1) winner will be randomly selected at each prize draw to win one (1) $1000 UNE PIECE Gift Voucher (Prize). The Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining winners.

Prize draws: The three (3) prize draws will take place on:

Prize Draw 1: 12:00 pm AEST on Thursday 15 December 2022

Prize Draw 2: 12:00 pm AEST on Monday 16 January 2023

Prize Draw 3: 12:00 pm AEST on Thursday 16 November 2023.

Notifying winners: Winners will be notified by the Promoters within 30 days of each prize draw via the email address entered in the entry form.

Redeeming prize: The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s email address. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure they provide and have access to an active email address (including spam filters) which is entered correctly in the entry form, to receive the prize confirmation email.
