Returns

If you change your mind, you have 7 days after receiving your order to lodge a return in our portal and get your item back to us. Items that are returned outside of the 7 day window will only be eligible for a store credit.

Remember: You can return full-price items when they are returned in saleable condition. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit only unless purchasing to try on for size. Learn more at unepiece.com/returns.

Wearing

• Put earrings on last - after perfume, hairspray, and makeup, as chemicals accelerate tarnishing
• Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or any water exposure
• Avoid wearing to bed - friction and sweat will wear the plating faster

Cleaning

• Wipe down after each wear with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and sweat
• If they need a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth only - no soaking
• Dry immediately and thoroughly after any contact with moisture
• Never use jewellery cleaners, silver polish, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive cloths - these strip plating

Storing

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity
• Keep in a jewellery pouch or box - so pieces don't scratch each other
• Avoid storing in the bathroom where humidity is high
