Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to get your items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with any labels, tags and hygiene stickers intact.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size (see Size Refunds below).
Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To help you get your items back to us, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you after lodging your return. The cost of this label and any other original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to exchange in our Returns Portal, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Want to order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. Simply contact us before lodging your return so we can activate size refunds for you.
