Starting a return or exchange is easy! Exchanges and store credits are free.
- Exchange - Free exchanges must be initiated and received within 14 days of your order's delivery date.
- Return for store credit - Free returns for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of your order's delivery date.
- Return for original form of payment - Returns must be initiated and completed within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Mail-in returns have a $9 handling fee per return label (which is waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange!)
Please note that sale items, earrings, underwear, and bralettes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned products must be unused, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers intact.
